These Terms govern access to the SyncWall website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these conditions.
1. The service
SyncWall is a platform for organizing operational tasks and displaying visual schedules for teams on TVs, monitors and other compatible devices.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate. The account must be used in accordance with the subscribed plan and by people authorized by your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use SyncWall for illegal purposes, violate third-party rights, attempt to access unauthorized areas, compromise the security of the service or interfere with the operation of the platform.
4. Plans and billing
Available features vary depending on the selected plan. Paid plans are billed in advance at the selected frequency and processed by Stripe. Cancellations and plan changes take effect according to the rules presented at the time of subscription.
5. Data and content
You remain responsible for the data and content entered into the platform. SyncWall may process this information only to the extent necessary to provide, protect and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We strive to keep SyncWall available and secure, but maintenance, updates or temporary interruptions may occur. We may also develop features and plans to improve the service.
7. Termination
You may request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or compromises the security and integrity of SyncWall.
8. Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will be available on this page with its update date.
