How does a TV task dashboard work?
- Create departments and assign the people responsible for the work.
- Add tasks with a time, duration and recurrence. Review the schedule with the team.
- Open TV Mode on a screen or link another device through the pairing flow.
- Keep the daily agenda visible. Staff record completion in the application; the shared display follows the programmed schedule.
What can you put on the screen?
Use short, specific tasks with a clear owner. Examples include restocking shelves, checking deliveries, preparing lunch ingredients or handing over pending work to the next shift. The TV should make the next action clear without requiring everyone to open a personal task list.
| Time | Example task | Department |
|---|---|---|
| 09:30 | Pack orders for shipping | Shipping |
| 11:30 | Check incoming deliveries | Stock |
| 14:00 | Hand over pending tasks | Operations |
These are fictional examples. Adapt them to your opening hours, responsibilities and internal procedures.
Does it work on any smart TV?
TV Mode needs a compatible browser and an internet connection. A computer connected to a monitor or TV can also display it. Test the demo on the device you plan to use; compatibility and browser behavior vary between TV models.
SyncWall does not promise universal casting like YouTube or a native app for every TV operating system. Screen linking is a separate feature from casting a Chrome tab.
TV task board, spreadsheet or digital signage?
A spreadsheet can be enough for a small list managed by one person. General digital signage fits announcements, videos and media playlists. SyncWall focuses on recurring operational tasks, their assignees and the daily schedule on a shared screen. It does not replace a complete media-signage CMS or a business-intelligence tool.
How much does SyncWall cost?
The Essential plan is $9.90 per company per month, with up to 10 members and 2 TVs. Pro is $39.90 per month, with up to 40 members, 5 TVs and operational procedures. Yearly billing is also available. See current plans and billing terms.
The trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and does not bill automatically at the end. The public demo uses fictional data and requires no signup.
Can each screen show a different department?
Pro includes department selection per screen. Check the screen and member limits of the plan before setting up several operational areas. A dedicated TV connection displays tasks without giving the device company-administration access.
